CUC Inc, (CUC stands for Change Until Change), established in 2014 in Japan, specializes in providing support to healthcare professionals, managing and operating medical facilities in Japan. We have also achieved significant milestones in the field of home healthcare, palliative care, and dialysis. In 2019, CUC expanded its operations to Vietnam and Indonesia with the goal of bringing high-quality Japanese healthcare services.

Currently, CUC is actively involved in managing two general hospitals in Binh Duong and a polyclinic in Ho Chi Minh City. Additionally, we are in the process of developing a network of family clinics, aiming to provide affordable primarycare services for the community. Our strength lies in the synergy between the Japanese and Vietnamese healthcare systems, supported by a highly skilled and experienced team of medical professionals, including physicians and experts from Japan.

With the mission of “Creating Hope through Healthcare,” CUC Inc. is engaged in management support business for healthcare institutions in Japan and overseas, as well as home nursing and hospice business, in order to solve various medical issues. In 2019, we started providing support to medical institutions in Vietnam and Indonesia, and we are actively exploring opportunities for further expansion overseas.

■About Tokyo Family Clinic

In Vietnam, there is a growing trend of lifestyle-related diseases, such as hypertension, hyperlipidemia, and diabetes, caused by rapid economic development, urbanization and change in lifestyles in Vietnam, we have recognized the urgent need for accessible and comprehensive medical services. 
In Japan, the concept of having a "Kakaritsuke(かかりつけ) - primary care doctor" or a "family doctor" is widely embraced, ensuring timely care and preventive medicine. However, such a concept is not yet prevalent in Vietnam, where people often seek medical attention only when symptoms become severe and follow-up care is often neglected. Preventive medicine and early intervention are underdeveloped, leading to delayed treatment for individuals with lifestyle-related diseases.
In light of these circumstances, we have decided to establish "Tokyo Family Clinic" in Vietnam, offering local residents and their families access to healthcare services based on the high-quality and patient-centered healthcare model that Japan is known for. Our Japanese doctors will conduct long-term training for local healthcare professionals, to provide healthcare services and hospitality at a level of Japan.
